| Your
Right to Cancel Your Order and Return Goods |
You have the right
to cancel your order...
i) Before you receive your goods.
ii) If goods are lost in transit.
iii) Up to 7 Working-Days after receipt of your goods, for any reason
(the so-called 'Cooling-Off Period').
iv) If received goods are 'Mis-described' (under the Trade Descriptions
Act 1968).
You have the right
to cancel your
order and receive a full refund, including Post and Packaging, provided
you contact us in writing (by letter or e-mail) within 7 Working-Days
of receipt of your order if the goods arrive, or in other cases, within
30 calendar-days of receipt of your order by us.
The 'Effective Data of the Cancellation' is the date on which we
receive written notice from you of the cancellation.
It may be helpful to you, but not obligatory, in case of any
dispute, to keep
some evidence that you have sent notification of your cancellation,
such as Proof of Posting or a printed copy of an e-mail. We do not
insist on
this.
|
| Refunds |
Your money will be returned to you as soon as
possible
following cancellation of your order, and certainly within 30
calendar-days
of the cancellation.
Where goods have been purchased using a credit-card,
debit-card or
via Paypal, your refund will be made by crediting the value of your
purchase back to the original credit-card, debit-card or
Paypal
account via the Paypal company.

| Duration
of Contract |

days after receipt of goods by you (the end of the 'cooling-off
period', where you can return goods without question) or when any
refund has been made to you. |
| Substitution
of Products |
The company will not
supply any 'substitute products' if the product you originally ordered
is
out-of-stock. You will receive a refund of any payment that you have
made instead. |

the goods and take reasonable care of them, until such time as you send

| Legislation
Governing Online Selling |
Goods and services
sold on the internet from the UK are covered by the UK Government's 'Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000', sometimes referred to
on this website by the abbreviated name 'Distance Selling
Regulations'.
As people who buy goods over the internet are not able to inspect
the goods before buying them, as a face-to-face buyer would be able to do, the
Distance Selling Regulations give you more rights to cancel orders,
return goods, etc.
The full text of these regulations is available at :-
http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
A more-readable guide, 'Home shopping: Distance Selling
Regulations' (pdf 127 kb), can be downloaded from http://www.oft.gov.uk/Business/Legal/DSR/default.htm
The guide contains a list of other regulations which apply, including,
but not limited to :-
Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2000
The Sale of Goods Act 1979
The Trade Descriptions Act 1968
